Fall nights and the STARS are OUT! Come join Take A Kid Outdoors (TAKO) and view planets, stars and other celestial bodies with the help of local Amateur Astronomers. Don't worry if the sky is cloudy, we will have alternative nighttime activities lined up and ready to go. Spend the evening under the stars as we listen for owls and other nocturnal creatures. Come out early and see Jupiter in the daytime! Stay for nighttime snacks including Gourmet S’mores and refreshments!

This event is FREE and OPEN to the public. The event will be held Saturday, September 19th from 6:30- 9:00 PM, even if it is cloudy. (We will have some alternate activities including listening for owls and a slide presentation in case of poor weather.) In case of RAIN, the event may be canceled. As the weather can be unpredictable, please check online for updates.
